Customizable Check Formats

You can define one or more check formats and give each one a name.
When printing checks, you can use the default format or choose a custom format.


For example, I use the format that I named FAX for checks that have
been FAXed to me. If you click on FAX in the above screen, you'll get this:


The above graphic shows the General tab.
If you click on the Account Holder tab, you'll see:


If you click on the Bank Information tab, you'll see:


If you click on the Payee and Amount tab, you'll see:


Note that all of the values are user-defined and that the formats
provided by default cover every situation I've ever encountered,
so it's unlikely that you'll need to define any other formats
unless you're using a non-standard business format for your checks.

Here's a sample check produced by Immediate Check Deposit System:


That check would be accepted for immediate deposit at any bank
in North America and most other places around the world.
